Voluntary Association for Rural Development (VARD)is a leading Developmental Social Organisation, non-profit, non-political, non-streligious, non- governmental organization and for the charitable purpose. VARD was established in 1 December 1998 with active leadership of Subodha Kumar Mishra, Founder-cum-Secretary; with view to livelihood security of the poor and forest dependent community ,save precious human life, weaker section ,women, free from poverty and hunger for sustainable development by the young mass, women, local people, environmentalists, researcher, policymakers, mass media, administration and wise user group of this State and particular South Asian Country ; including the NGO's, Trust's, institutes, registered body, student, scholar, activist,environmentalist, community, youth, environmentalist leaders, teacher and professor of Schools, Colleges and Universities, and it wasregistered under the Societies Registration ACT XXI of 1860.
